Rising Moon West is located in Glorieta NM on 40 acres of pristine, private, and protected forest. In the fall of 2019 , a spot was cleared for the construction of a 30-ft yurt with a gorgeous central dome. It was my vision of Rising Moon: a retreat center in a place of great peace and beauty. I have hiked this land and felt a draw to the very space on which this yurt was constructed. The land is sacred and deeply meaningful to me, and having the vision of this project helped me to heal and dedicate myself to the creation of this center where others can feel the same embrace.
